Eligibility Criteria for the 2024 Marriage Loan
CSRO CEO Mirzaei confirmed that the loan is exclusively available to children of retirees and pension recipients (including surviving spouses). Key eligibility requirements include:
- The marriage must have been registered on or after March 21, 2024 (Farvardin 1403).
- The applicant must be covered under the CSRO.
- Only children of retirees or pension recipients qualify.
Loan Terms and Repayment Details
- Loan amount: 600 million rials (equivalent to 60 million tomans).
- Service fee: 5%.
- Repayment period: 60 months (5 years).
- Disbursement: After document verification by the designated bank.
Required Documents for Application
Applicants must upload scanned copies of the following via the CSRO’s online portal:
- Retiree’s national ID card and birth certificate.
- Couple’s national ID cards and birth certificates.
- Marriage certificate (including details page).
- First page of the retiree’s birth certificate (showing children’s names).
- Retiree’s bank account number (Bank Saderat Iran), national ID number, and mobile number.
Note: Incomplete applications will be rejected.
How to Apply Online
Eligible retirees/pensioners can apply via the CSRO’s e-services portal (eservices.cspf.ir) by:
- Logging into the CSRO website.
- Selecting Marriage Loan from the main menu.
- Filling out the application form and uploading documents.
- Submitting the request and receiving a tracking code.

Registration opened on July 12, 2024, and is exclusively available through the CSRO’s online platform.
