Title: Government Proposes 3 Scenarios to Streamline Corporate Workforce – Key Details
Three Scenarios Under Review
The Iranian government has outlined three strategic scenarios to reorganize corporate employees under state contracts, as announced by Alaeddin Rafiezadeh, head of the Administrative and Recruitment Organization. Speaking to IRNA, Rafiezadeh confirmed that all corporate employees contracted with the government have been registered in the “Non” system, and the proposed scenarios are now under review by the government’s Management Commission for final approval.
Expert-Led Approach
Rafiezadeh emphasized that the government has conducted extensive expert evaluations over the past nine months to ensure a structured resolution. A dedicated committee—comprising representatives from the Administrative and Recruitment Organization, the Planning and Budget Organization, and the Presidential Legal Deputy—was formed to oversee the process. Additionally, a digital system was launched to compile a comprehensive registry of corporate employees and their affiliated companies.
Balancing Employee Rights and Regulations
While acknowledging concerns over unfair treatment by staffing agencies, Rafiezadeh stressed that any resolution must align with national regulations, including the Civil Service Management Law. He noted that long-term contract workers and temporary employees require distinct solutions, ensuring fairness without disrupting legal frameworks.
Next Steps
The proposed scenarios will soon undergo deliberation in a joint session with parliamentary representatives. Though no fixed timeline has been set, Rafiezadeh assured that the government is committed to a swift, equitable outcome, prioritizing the welfare of corporate employees while adhering to legal and administrative protocols.
Final decisions will be announced following further consultations between the government and parliament.
