Landmark 60 Million Toman Loan for Retirees’ Children Concludes Successful Disbursement
In a significant move supporting retired civil servants and their families, the Civil Servants Retirement Organization has successfully concluded the disbursement of its landmark 60 million toman marriage loan for the current fiscal year.
Phased Disbursement Reaches Final Beneficiaries
According to an official report, the latest phase of the initiative saw funds transferred to approximately 16,000 eligible recipients. Oghani Arani, Deputy for Management and Resource Development of the Retirement Organization, confirmed the disbursement. He stated that the payments were made in coordination with the agent bank and based on a pre-announced priority system, ensuring an orderly and fair distribution process.
Loan Terms and Implementation
The beneficial loan, designed to assist retirees with the marriage costs of their children, was processed through Iran’s Export Bank. It carried a highly favorable service charge of just 5 percent, with a manageable 60-month repayment period. This initiative represents a key social support program, providing substantial financial assistance to thousands of families.
