In a high-level coordination meeting at the Shahid Raeisi Terminal in Mehran, officials from the Border Transportation Headquarters of Arbaeen, the Road Maintenance and Transportation Organization, and the Ilam Provincial Government finalized preparations for the seamless return of pilgrims from the six designated border crossings.
Masoud Kazemi, head of the Arbaeen Border Transportation Headquarters, emphasized that urban buses and vans have been fully mobilized to facilitate the safe and efficient movement of returning pilgrims. He confirmed that all operations will strictly adhere to the technical regulations and oversight of the Road Maintenance and Transportation Organization.

Kazemi explained that the meeting focused on enhancing cooperation to ensure the swift and secure transfer of pilgrims returning through the Shahid Sardar Soleimani border crossing. With over 800 buses and vans stationed in Mehran, the headquarters is fully prepared to collaborate with the Road Maintenance and Transportation Organization in managing the return process.
