Unlocking Digital Finance: Bank Saderat and DigiP Partner to Expand Credit Access
In a significant move to broaden financial inclusion, a new partnership between DigiP and Bank Saderat Iran is offering substantial credit facilities to both individuals and businesses, requiring no guarantor. This initiative is designed to simplify access to capital and stimulate economic activity across the country.
A New Avenue for Credit
Under this collaborative scheme, eligible applicants can receive credit purchase facilities by registering through the DigiP application or website. Following a digital verification process, individual customers can access loans of up to 50 million Tomans, while businesses are eligible for credit lines reaching up to 2 billion Tomans. The entire process is managed remotely, with the only required document being a single “Sayad” check.
Aligning with National Economic Policies
This partnership is a direct implementation of policies set by the Central Bank of Iran and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance. The core objectives are the expansion of micro-credit offerings and the advancement of financial inclusion. The program is strategically designed to facilitate easier access to financial resources for all segments of society, provide tangible support to businesses, and strengthen the foundation of the nation’s e-commerce ecosystem.
Seamless Digital Integration
For users, the process is entirely digitized and user-friendly. Both DigiP users and Bank Saderat customers can leverage these credit facilities to make installment purchases from a wide network of online and physical stores partnered with DigiP, including major platforms like Digikala. From initial registration and credit assessment to the final disbursement of funds, every step is conducted online, eliminating the need for any physical branch visits.
