Tehran – The Social Security Organization has announced that it is currently processing pension payments for the month of Mehr for retirees across Iran, including Tehran and other cities.
Payment Process Underway
Disbursements are being carried out systematically based on the alphabetical order of recipients’ last names. Officials confirmed that payments for retirees with last names starting from the letter “Ṣād” (ص) and onward are now being transferred. This process is scheduled to continue and is expected to be completed by the end of the day.
Update on Previous Arrears
In related news, the payment of outstanding pension arrears from the month of Farvardin for a specific group of retirees has been rescheduled. According to reports, the disbursement for retirees whose arrears exceed 20 million tomans will now be processed in the coming week. This adjustment ensures the continued stability and reliable management of the national pension system.
