The registration window is open for a strictly limited period, from Saturday, October 26th, to Monday, October 28th, 2024, exclusively through the company’s official online portal.
This initiative is designed to streamline vehicle acquisition and is structured to support key national policies, including fleet modernization and family empowerment.
Eligibility and Registration Groups
The registration phase is open to three primary applicant groups, reflecting a targeted approach to market needs:
- General Public: Individuals seeking to purchase a vehicle through an immediate cash payment at a fixed, non-negotiable price.
- Owners of Non-Taxi Scrap Vehicles: Citizens participating in the government’s fleet modernization scheme. Eligible applicants must complete the official vehicle scrapping process at authorized centers within 60 days of registration. The certificate value will be deducted from the final vehicle price.
- Mothers Eligible under the Family and Youth Population Plan: In line with national policies, mothers with two or more children, where the second child was born after November 14, 2021, are granted special access to this sales phase.

Bam Motor has emphasized that all registrations must be completed online at Bahman.iranecar.com. No in-person or dealership registrations will be accepted. Applicants are required to submit their national ID details, bank information, and a 24-digit Sheba number.
The pre-registration period runs from 14:00 on October 26th to 24:00 on October 28th. If applications exceed the available vehicle quota, a lottery will be conducted, and selected individuals will be notified via SMS to proceed with the first payment installment.
