Disciplinary Committee Issues Rulings on Iran’s Premier League Matches
The Disciplinary Committee of Iranian football has issued its official verdicts concerning violations that occurred during recent matches in the country’s top-tier league.
Verdicts for Esteghlal vs. Mes Rafsanjan
Following the match between Mes Rafsanjan and Esteghlal, the committee ruled that Esteghlal’s Khosro Heidari is to face a financial penalty. Esteghlal’s coaching staff, including Rasul Khatibi and Abbas Mohammadi, have also been sanctioned with financial penalties for their roles in the reported incidents.
Ruling on the Pikan vs. Aluminium Match
In a separate decision related to the match between Pikan and Aluminium, the Pikan club and its player, Mojtaba Hosseini, were similarly penalized with fines.
