The registration process will be conducted exclusively through the official Saipa internet sales portal at saipa.iranecar.com. Company officials have strongly emphasized that any registration attempts through unofficial links or third-party platforms will be considered invalid. This measure is part of a broader strategy to ensure the integrity of the sales process and protect consumers.
This phase of the pre-sale initiative features three of Saipa’s popular domestic vehicle models. The registration will remain open until the allocated capacity is filled, underscoring the high demand for affordably priced, domestically produced vehicles.

To promote fairness and prevent market speculation, Saipa has instituted a comprehensive set of eligibility criteria for prospective buyers. These terms are strategically crafted to ensure that vehicles reach their intended end-users.

- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Each national ID code is permitted only one vehicle registration.
- Individuals with an active, non-qualifying vehicle registration plaque are generally ineligible, with an exception made for plaques attached to vehicles over five years old.
- Applicants must not have registered for a vehicle from Saipa or Iran Khodro in the past 48 months, or from other automakers in the past 24 months.
- The resale or transfer of any purchase rights or contracts is strictly prohibited.
- All provided details, including bank account information, postal code, and mobile number, must be registered under the applicant’s name.

The entire registration and selection process has been digitized for user convenience. Interested individuals must visit the official website, log into their account using their national code and password, select their desired vehicle and sales plan, pay the initial deposit online, and finally secure a tracking number for their application.
