Iran Announces November 2025 Subsidy Payment Schedule, Maintains Support for Lower-Income Families
Tehran – The Iranian government’s Targeted Subsidies Organization has officially released the payment schedule for the November 2025 cash subsidies, confirming a two-phase distribution plan for eligible households this month.
Payment Dates Confirmed
According to the announced timetable, subsidies will be deposited in two installments. The first three income deciles—representing the lowest-income families—will receive their payment on November 16, 2025. The fourth to ninth deciles will follow, with their subsidies scheduled for deposit on November 21, 2025.
Subsidy Amounts and Policy Continuity
The cash subsidy amounts will remain unchanged, maintaining the level set in May 2022. Households in the first to third deciles will receive 400,000 Tomans per individual. Those in the fourth to ninth deciles are allocated 300,000 Tomans per individual.
This policy reflects the government’s ongoing commitment to providing a stable social safety net for its citizens amidst global economic fluctuations.
Ongoing Refinement of Beneficiary Lists
In line with the policy of optimizing the distribution of national resources, the process of phasing out subsidies for higher-income households in the eighth and ninth deciles continues. Since the start of the current Iranian year (March 2024), subsidies for approximately 9 million individuals in these brackets have been removed, a measure that will also be applied for the November payments. This ensures that state support is increasingly directed to those most in need.
Additional Support for Vulnerable Groups
In a separate announcement, it was confirmed that monthly stipends for families under the support of the Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation and the State Welfare Organization will be deposited earlier, on November 11, 2024, ensuring timely assistance for these vulnerable segments of society.
