Scheduled Subsidy Payments for November Outlined
TEHRAN – The Targeted Subsidies Organization has confirmed the distribution schedule for the November 2025 cash subsidies, adhering to the payment timetable originally published in January 2024. The funds will be deposited directly into the accounts of eligible household heads, continuing the nation’s systematic social support program.
According to the official schedule, the first to third income deciles will receive their subsidies on the 25th of the Persian month of Aban (November 15, 2025). While payments for these groups have occasionally been processed a day or two early in recent months, the official date remains the 25th.
Payment Dates for Middle-Income Groups
For the fourth to ninth deciles, the subsidy transfer is set for the 30th of Aban (November 20, 2025), becoming available for withdrawal from midnight on that day. This adjustment from the 31st, used in the first half of the Persian year, is a standard procedural change for the shorter months in the latter half of the year.
In a separate but related social welfare initiative, monthly stipends for beneficiaries of the Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation and the State Welfare Organization will be deposited on the 20th of Aban (November 10, 2025).
Stable Subsidy Amounts and Ongoing Refinements
The base cash subsidy amount has remained consistent since April 2022. Consequently, for November 2025, individuals in the first to third deciles will receive 400,000 tomans per person, while those in the fourth to ninth deciles will receive 300,000 tomans per person.
The government’s policy of refining the subsidy recipients list also continues. Since the start of the current Persian year in March 2024, subsidies for approximately 9 million individuals identified in the higher eighth and ninth deciles have been removed. This process of redirecting support to those most in need is set to continue through November, ensuring the program’s efficiency and long-term sustainability.
