In a move underscoring the state’s ongoing commitment to its social support framework, the 177th round of the national cash subsidy for the month of November 2025 has been successfully deposited into the accounts of eligible households.
The payment, which was formally processed on Friday, November 21, 2025, became available for withdrawal from 24:00 hours the same day. This regular disbursement is a key component of the nation’s comprehensive welfare policies.
Payment Scale and Beneficiary Reach
Official statistics confirm the significant scope of this initiative. The total disbursed amount for this payment cycle reached 12,560.2 billion Rials. This substantial sum has been allocated to the heads of 14,406,125 households across the country, specifically targeting those in the fourth to ninth income deciles as classified by the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labour, and Social Welfare.
Comprehensive National Coverage
The structured allocation ensures broad-based support. The total number of individual beneficiaries covered under these deciles is reported to be 41,874,817 citizens. The distribution of these subsidies is efficiently managed each month through a network of 28 designated agent banks, ensuring timely and secure access to the funds for all eligible recipients.
Administrative Deductions and Process Clarity
The Targeted Subsidies Organization has clarified that the deposited amounts reflect necessary administrative adjustments. These include the deduction of installments for loans that some household heads have previously received from state-affiliated financial institutions, a procedure that ensures the orderly management of public funds.
All designated beneficiaries are now able to access their November subsidy payment through their respective bank accounts.
