- Three children under 20: 75% increase.
- Four children under 20: 100% increase.
Furthermore, the loan repayment period is extended by two years for each child under 20, allowing for a more manageable financial commitment for growing families.

Currently, the standard housing purchase loan for couples is set at 1 billion tomans, with an additional 280 million tomans available for renovation. Under this new scheme, a family with four children under the age of 20 would see their total loan ceiling rise to 2.56 billion tomans.
