Title: Landmark Agreement Finalized for Iranian Retirees’ Supplemental Health Insurance
In a significant development for the nation’s pensioners, a new annual contract for supplemental health insurance has been officially ratified. This agreement ensures continued and enhanced medical coverage for all retirees and pensioners affiliated with the Social Security Organization.
Key Financial Terms of the New Plan
The newly finalized contract sets the total premium for the supplemental insurance at 720,000 Tomans. Under this structure, 470,000 Tomans will be deducted from the retiree’s monthly pension, with the remaining balance covered as the share of the Social Security Organization. This arrangement formalizes the financial commitments for the upcoming year.
Expanded Access and Service Coverage
The agreement guarantees comprehensive healthcare service coverage for retirees and their families. To fulfill the commitments of this new contract, a vast national network is in place, comprising over 40 branch offices, approximately 710 agencies, and 11,000 medical and diagnostic centers. This extensive infrastructure is poised to deliver accessible and efficient services to beneficiaries across the country.
This initiative underscores the ongoing commitment to safeguarding the welfare of retirees who have dedicated their careers to the nation’s progress.
