A government spokesperson, Fatemeh Mohajerani, affirmed that Iran would steadfastly defend its rights within the framework of international law.

Mohajerani underscored that the protection of national interests, the preservation of national security, and respect for the rights of the people are three simultaneous and inseparable principles guiding the government’s policies. She emphasized that the Islamic Republic of Iran would not permit domestic issues to be exploited as instruments for political pressure or external interference.

Concluding her remarks, the spokesperson reiterated Iran’s consistent readiness for dialogue founded on mutual respect.
