- 5% service fee.
- 60-month repayment period (5 years).
- Disbursement after document verification by the designated bank.

- Couple’s (bride & groom) national IDs and birth certificates.
- Marriage certificate and details page.

Applications are exclusively online via the National Pension Fund’s portal (eservices.cspf.ir):
- Select “Marriage Loan” from the main menu.
- Upload scanned documents.
- Submit and receive a tracking code.
Registration opened on July 22, 2024, with periodic extensions through the year.
Pension Adjustments for Retired Educators
In a parallel development, Deputy Director of the National Pension Fund Oghani Arani confirmed the allocation of funds for the second phase of pension adjustments for retired teachers from 2021. Payments will be processed alongside August 2024 pensions, fulfilling the government’s commitment to retirees’ welfare.

A new agreement was signed with Tara Platform to provide retirees with:
- 10 million tomans in credit for purchases at partner stores (e.g., Digikala, Hyperstar, Ofogh Koorosh).
