Retirement Payments Secured: National Fund Clears Backlog for Cultural Sector Pensioners
In a significant development for retired educators, the head of the National Retirement Fund has announced the full settlement of 15 trillion tomans in outstanding payments for cultural sector pensioners from the current year (1403). This settlement is scheduled for completion by the end of the Iranian calendar year.
This positive news follows the previous disbursement of approximately 9 trillion tomans in delayed pension claims for teachers.
