A Shift in Payment Timing
Since the beginning of the Iranian year 1404, the schedule for disbursing social security pensions has been altered. Payments are now concentrated in the final three days of each month. This strategic change was implemented by the Social Security Organization to more effectively manage the high volume of transactions and to enhance coordination with the national banking network. The move is designed to streamline the process and ensure greater operational efficiency.
Detailed September Disbursement Calendar
According to the announced schedule, social security pension payments for the month of September will be deposited into recipients’ accounts on September 20, 21, and 22 (corresponding to the 29th, 30th, and 31st of Shahrivar 1404).
Furthermore, state retirees can expect their pensions to be paid on September 21 (30th Shahrivar). Military retirees will receive their payments on September 22 (31st Shahrivar).
