The announcement, made by Abdolreza Sayareh, an official from the National Organization of Educational Testing (Sanjesh), follows the publication of a third round of modifications to the university choice handbook. The initial guide was published on August 31, 2025, with subsequent extensions and two previous rounds of amendments issued on September 7 and September 11, respectively.
