Major Management Shake-Up: Ghalibaf Appoints New Representative to Supreme Youth Council
In a significant administrative move, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, the Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran, has issued a new decree appointing a key representative to a major national council.
New Appointment for Strategic Role
The decree names Mohammad Rashidi, the elected representative of Kermanshah in the parliament, as the “Fully Authorized Representative of the Parliament Speaker to the Supreme Council for Adolescents and Youth.” This strategic appointment underscores the importance the legislative branch places on youth affairs and its alignment with national policies.
A Mandate for Service and Guidance
The official text of the decree, issued by Speaker Ghalibaf, references Article 3, Clause 10 of the constitution of the Supreme Council for Adolescents and Youth. This clause, ratified in the 900th session of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution, provides the legal framework for this high-level representation.
In his message, Speaker Ghalibaf expressed his confidence in Mr. Rashidi and wished him divine success in his new role, specifically in his service to the sacred system of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This appointment is seen as a step to further strengthen the connection between the nation’s youth and the legislative process, ensuring their needs and potentials are effectively addressed within the framework of the country’s developmental goals.
