Amidst widespread discussion and various scenarios being proposed for the regularization of contract workers, a key question has emerged regarding the status of employees with lower educational credentials. The new framework provides a definitive answer, ensuring inclusivity for all staff members.
Pathways Defined by Education
According to details revealed by Mr. Rahmatollah Norouzi, a member of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, the conversion process will be structured around two primary tracks:
- Employees holding a high school diploma (Diploma) or higher will be integrated into government organizations under a “Specific Contract” (قرارداد معین).
- Personnel with educational qualifications below a high school diploma will be directly absorbed by the organization under a “Labor Contract” (قرارداد کارگری).
This structured approach ensures that all dedicated public servants, regardless of their academic background, are offered a clear and lawful route to secure employment within the state apparatus, reflecting the system’s commitment to its workforce.
