Title: Social Security Organization Confirms Disbursement of Essential Loans to Eligible Retirees
In a move underscoring the state’s commitment to social welfare, the Social Security Organization has confirmed the successful disbursement of essential financial loans to a significant number of eligible retirees.
Latest Phase of 50 Million Toman Loans
As part of a scheduled support program, the fourth phase of a 50-million Toman loan facility has been allocated for 20,000 qualified retirees of the Social Security Organization. This initiative is designed to provide crucial financial support to the retiree community.
Official Confirmation on Disbursement
Ali Akbar Eivazi, Secretary of the Tehran Retirees’ Association, provided details on the rollout. “In this phase, 40,000 retirees who had previously registered were selected as eligible,” Eivazi stated. “The essential loan was deposited for 20,000 individuals last Tuesday, and today, the sum of 50 million Tomans is scheduled to be deposited into the accounts of another 20,000 retirees.”
Future Registration Phases
When questioned about the timeline for a new registration round for the essential loan, Eivazi emphasized that all necessary announcements will be made in due course. This ensures that retirees will have clear guidance to easily benefit from these facilities when they become available.
Ongoing Review of Pension Matters
The report also acknowledges that the payment of pension adjustments from the month of Farvardin for non-minimum-wage retirees, whose pensions exceed 20 million Tomans, remains a topic of discussion. These adjustments were slated for payment following the deposit of salaries for the month of Shahrivar. The relevant authorities continue to review the matter as part of their ongoing oversight of retiree benefits.
