Tehran Braces for a Return of Warm Autumn Weather
A Noticeable Temperature Shift
Residents of Tehran are experiencing a significant rise in temperatures this Wednesday. After a period of cooler weather, meteorological forecasts indicate a clear shift, with temperatures expected to range between 17 and 28 degrees Celsius. This warming trend confirms earlier predictions of an autumn heat wave settling over the capital.
Peak Heat and Cooler Hours
The peak of the day’s heat is anticipated between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM, when the mercury is forecast to reach 28 degrees Celsius. The coolest period will be around midnight, with temperatures dropping to approximately 19 degrees, mirroring the previous night’s conditions. The pattern is set to continue into the early hours of Thursday morning, with a similar cool start of around 17 degrees.
Regional Variations and National Forecast
Weather data reveals a variation across different districts of the city. Northern areas of Tehran are expected to see temperatures between 14 and 24 degrees, while the southern parts of the capital will experience a warmer range of 17 to 29 degrees. No rainfall has been reported for Tehran today.
Looking beyond the capital, meteorological analyses indicate that widespread precipitation is expected in the coastal provinces of the Caspian Sea in the coming week. The intensity of rainfall is predicted to be particularly notable in eastern Mazandaran and western Golestan, with some areas facing a potential risk of sudden flooding.
