In a significant move to address the financial needs of the nation’s retirees, the process for obtaining a 50 million Toman emergency loan has been successfully streamlined and accelerated. Alaeddin Oruji, the Acting Head of the National Pension Fund, provided a report on the initiative’s progress. He confirmed that, since the start of the current year, a total of 276,000 retirees have successfully received the 50 million Toman emergency loan.
Substantial Financial Commitment
Highlighting the scale of this government-backed support, Oruji further stated that the total value of the payments made through this program has reached approximately 12,000 billion Tomans.
