Qom, Iran – Ayatollah Faqihi, a prominent member of the Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom, has delivered a fervent address affirming Iran’s unwavering national resolve, the steadfastness of its armed forces, and the unity observed across its political spectrum. His remarks underscore a determined posture against perceived adversaries, pledging persistence until ultimate victory.
Ayatollah Faqihi’s speech began with a Quranic verse and extended congratulations and condolences, paying tribute to the nation’s revered leadership and the sacrifices of various martyrs, including the innocent children of Minab school and the brave men and women of Iran’s armed forces. He then outlined six key points underscoring the nation’s current state of resilience and purpose.
National Unity and Resilience on Display
Ayatollah Faqihi lauded the Iranian people for their “strong and courageous reaction” to what he characterized as aggressions by “child-killing America and the usurping Zionist regime,” noting that this powerful response “surprised the entire world.” He highlighted the continuous public presence in mosques, squares, and streets as a pivotal force that has “neutralized all plots and schemes of internal and external enemies.” The Ayatollah emphasized that this sustained public engagement is considered an act of “Jihad,” promising significant divine reward, especially during the holy month, and serving to “disappoint enemies of the sacred Islamic system.”
He further praised the collective response of Iranian politicians, who, “from every faction and group, rose in unison to defend Iran,” consciously avoiding divisive rhetoric. Ayatollah Faqihi attributed this newfound political consensus to “hidden divine graces” and called for its continuation.
Unyielding Military Posture
The armed forces received particular commendation for their “excellent, timely, and dignified” response. Ayatollah Faqihi asserted that Iran’s military, acting as a “military superpower,” has “rubbed the nose of America and Israel in the dirt,” vowing that they “will not release their grip until revenge and ultimate defeat.” He underscored a profound belief in divine support, stating that “all these powers belong to Almighty God, and God’s promise of victory for those who help His religion is certain and definitive.”
Government Continuity and Institutional Support
Ayatollah Faqihi also acknowledged the diligent efforts of government officials, who have “continued daily services to the people,” particularly in economic and livelihood sectors. He urged them to enhance these services, with a special focus on assisting the families of martyrs and those injured in recent incidents.
Furthermore, he extended gratitude to the Assembly of Experts for their diligent performance of religious and legal duties under challenging circumstances. He affirmed the nation’s and political factions’ unwavering allegiance to the chosen leader of the Assembly of Experts as the Val-e-Faqih (Supreme Leader) and Imam of the sacred Islamic system, pledging obedience to their commands.

Concluding his address, Ayatollah Faqihi called upon the faithful and fasting people of Iran, and all those who cherish the nation, to utilize the holy days of the month for prayer and supplication for the swift advent of Imam Mahdi and the speedy victory of the “resistance front” against global oppressors. He also urged them to engage in acts of cooperation and care for the needy, thereby inviting greater divine mercy upon the nation.
