In an official statement, the ministry outlined that concert halls must obtain and display valid fire safety certifications from the Iranian Firefighting and Safety Services Organization before ticket sales begin. Additionally, online ticketing platforms must clearly indicate whether a venue has received the necessary safety approvals during the purchase process. This information must also be printed on the tickets issued to buyers.
The directive follows multiple letters sent by the ministry to venue managers on May 11, July 28, and July 29, reinforcing the need for rigorous safety inspections to prevent unforeseen incidents.
Price Stability for Concert Tickets
The ministry also addressed concerns over rising ticket costs, stating that no price increases will be permitted without official approval. Authorities are currently finalizing pricing structures, and any deviations from previous rates will be deemed unacceptable until further notice.
