Key Allocations for Healthcare Support
- First Phase: 28.36 trillion rials was transferred to non-university-affiliated medical centers and pharmacies contracted with insurance organizations.
- 9.076 trillion rials for centers under the Health Insurance Organization.
- 19.284 trillion rials for centers under the Social Security Organization.
- Second Phase: 8.886 trillion rials was allocated as infant formula subsidies to the Health Insurance Organization.
These measures aim to strengthen drug supply chains, ease financial burdens on insured citizens, and sustain the Darvivar initiative.
Welfare Stipends Distributed in August
- Monthly stipends for August 2024 were directly deposited to beneficiaries of the State Welfare Organization and the Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation.
- Total welfare payments for August reached 83.367 trillion rials.
Upcoming Cash Subsidy Payments
- August 16, 2024: Cash subsidies for low-income households (deciles 1–3).
- August 22, 2024: Cash subsidies for middle-income households (deciles 4–9).
