A total of 15,831,495 individuals across the nation have received this payment. The subsidies are specifically allocated for citizens in the fourth to ninth income deciles, a policy designed to provide direct financial support to middle and lower-middle-income families. The disbursed amount for this phase totaled 139,708 billion Rials.
