In a thrilling encounter at the King Abdullah II Stadium in Amman, Jordan’s Al-Wehdat secured their first victory in the 2025-2026 AFC Champions League second tier, defeating Bahrain’s Al-Muharraq 2-1. This crucial win not only keeps their own qualification hopes alive but also significantly enhances the prospects of Iranian giants Esteghlal advancing to the next round from Group A.
