Fourth Round of Subsidy Allocations Distributed to Eligible Iranian Families
Funds disbursed in conjunction with the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
TEHRAN – The fourth installment of the electronic subsidy credit for the current Iranian year (1403) has been successfully deposited into the accounts of eligible citizens. This disbursement coincides with the auspicious occasion of the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him).
Targeted Distribution
The allocation of funds is being carried out in a phased approach to ensure efficient and organized distribution. The credit has been transferred to the household accounts of income deciles one through three. For citizens in income deciles four to seven, the deposit process is scheduled to commence on Saturday, the 29th of Shahrivar (September 19th).
Flexibility and Convenience for Recipients
According to guidelines from the Ministry of Welfare, beneficiaries have the flexibility to utilize their allocated credit. There is no requirement to spend the entire amount in a single transaction; purchases can be made in multiple installments over time.
To ensure transparency and ease of access, heads of households will receive an SMS notification from the official welfare short number (v.refah) informing them of their specific account balance. The Ministry has emphasized that these messages will contain only the credit amount and will not include any links, urging citizens to be vigilant against potential fraud.
Furthermore, recipients can check their remaining credit balance at any time by using the USSD code #500*1463#.
This ongoing support program reflects the government’s commitment to providing essential economic assistance to its citizens.
