Government and National Bank Offer Special Arbaeen Loan for 2025
In preparation for Arbaeen 2025, the Iranian government, in collaboration with the National Bank and the Civil Servants Pension Fund, has introduced a 10 million tomans loan to facilitate pilgrimage travel. While many applicants are subsidy recipients—using their subsidy cards for verification—the loan is not exclusive to them. Other eligible groups include civil retirees and those registered in the Samah system.

How to Apply
Online registration began on August 4, 2025, and will remain open until August 22, 2025. Applicants have two primary options:
Subsidy Recipients & General Public:
- Apply in person at National Bank branches
- Register online via the National Bank’s BAM portal: https://ebank.bmi.ir/
Civil Retirees:
- Submit requests through the Civil Servants Pension Fund’s e-portal: https://eservices.cspf.ir/
Eligibility Requirements
- Valid passport and Samah system registration
- Crossing Iran’s official borders during Arbaeen
- Being a subsidy recipient, retiree, or Samah registrant
- Commitment to repay within 6 months
