Title: Government Disburses Monthly Subsidy Payments to Designated Accounts
In accordance with the national subsidy targeting scheme, the latest monthly cash subsidy installment has been successfully transferred to the bank accounts of eligible recipients across the country.
The Subsidy Targeting Organization confirmed that the disbursed amount for each household has been calculated after the deduction of any outstanding loan installments owed by the head of the household.
This regular payment forms a key part of the government’s social welfare and economic support system. As per the income decile classification announced by the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labour, and Social Welfare, the subsidies are designated for citizens in the fourth to ninth income deciles. Official figures confirm that a total of 46,576,331 individuals within these categories are registered to receive the support.
The seamless distribution of these funds is facilitated by 28 designated agent banks operating throughout the nation, ensuring that the financial assistance reaches the heads of eligible households in a timely and efficient manner.
