IRGC Announces “Third and Fourth Waves” of Operation True Promise 4 with Next-Gen Missiles, Surpassing Previous Capabilities
TEHRAN – The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has announced the commencement of “third and fourth waves” of its “Operation True Promise 4,” deploying advanced missile technology described as superior to previous operations. The declaration, issued via IRGC Public Relations Announcement No. 3, underscores Iran’s strategic resolve and operational readiness.
The statement opened with a reference to a Quranic verse, “So whoever commits aggression against you, aggress against him in like measure as he aggressed against you,” setting a tone of retaliatory action.
IRGC Statement on Ongoing Operations
The IRGC confirmed the continuous execution of these “third and fourth waves” within “Operation True Promise 4.” These current phases are reportedly targeting an extensive range of military and security objectives, which the IRGC attributes to “America and the Zionist regime.” A key highlight of the announcement was the deployment of missiles characterized as “more advanced” than those utilized in “True Promise 3,” emphasizing their enhanced precision and destructive power in ongoing operations.
Strategic Targets Identified
The IRGC explicitly identified several strategic targets central to these newly announced waves. These include the naval base and warship anchorage situated in Haifa port, the Ramat David Airbase, and the War Ministry located within the Hakirya region. Additionally, the military-industrial town of Beit Shemesh and the Shtood Military Industries Center were listed as specific key objectives during this operational phase.
Readiness for Expansion and Future Warnings
The statement concluded with a firm declaration of the IRGC’s readiness to “develop and deepen the conflict.” It asserted the IRGC’s capacity to engage both fixed and mobile adversary targets across the region through the managed deployment of Iranian missiles and drones. Issuing a stern warning, the IRGC cautioned “malicious enemies” that “future waves” would be “more devastating and several times greater than Operation True Promise 3,” leveraging insights gained from previous experiences and demonstrating proactive operational initiative.
