Minister of Justice Seeks Public Mandate for International Claims Against Perpetrators of Harm
Tehran, Iran – Iran’s Minister of Justice, Amin Hossein Rahimi, has underscored the critical need for a public mandate to pursue reparations from those responsible for inflicting damages upon the Iranian populace. The initiative, spearheaded by the judiciary, aims to legally confront American and Zionist entities for alleged transgressions.
A Call to Action for Victims
During a visit to a dedicated booth established to gather legal representation from affected citizens, Minister Rahimi lauded the public’s participation as a vital step in securing compensation from “criminal American and Zionist entities.” He emphasized the government’s commitment to bringing these parties to justice and defending the rights of those who have suffered losses.
Legal Aid and Public Engagement
The establishment of legal aid stations in major city squares has been recognized as a significant service aimed at upholding the rights of the people. The judiciary, in collaboration with the legal practitioners’ center of the judiciary, is deploying experienced lawyers to provide essential legal services and consultations to citizens.
Addressing Multi-Faceted Damages
Minister Rahimi detailed the scope of damages sustained by the Iranian people, categorizing them into physical, financial, and spiritual harm resulting from what he described as “brutal attacks” by the United States and the Zionist regime, along with their regional supporters. He affirmed that mechanisms for compensating these losses have been developed in coordination with relevant authorities. The legal booths are actively seeking authorization from individuals to formally lodge complaints against the alleged aggressors and their backing entities, covering all specified categories of damages.
