Title: Iran Increases Military Retirees’ Subsidy to 6 Million Tomans in Tribute to Service
In a significant move to honor decades of dedicated service, Iranian military retirees have received a substantial increase in their monthly subsidy, coinciding with the auspicious anniversary of the birth of the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) and Imam Jafar Sadiq (AS).
A Tribute to Service and Sacrifice
The valued decision, taken under the prudent guidance of the Honorable Minister of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics, marks a major step in improving the livelihood and honoring the retired members of the armed forces who devoted their lives to safeguarding the nation’s security and stability.
Collaborative Effort Yields Substantial Results
This commendable outcome was achieved through extensive cooperation between the Armed Forces Social Security Organization (SATMA) and the Etka Organization. The credit available to retirees through their Hekmat cards, previously set at 1.3 million tomans, has now been significantly boosted to 6 million tomans per person.
Enhanced Purchasing Power for Retirees
This important measure has been successfully implemented and the increased funds have been activated in the accounts of the esteemed retirees. Consequently, the ceiling for 24-month installment purchases for each family head (retiree) through the Hekmat card has now been raised to 144 million tomans, substantially enhancing their financial flexibility and purchasing power.
