Tehran – Mohammad Kasbi, a respected veteran of Iranian cinema and television, has been admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a hospital in Tehran due to a critical deterioration in his overall health.

The actor’s daughter confirmed the news in an interview, stating, “Unfortunately, my father’s condition is not good. I can only say that he is currently hospitalized in the ICU.” She reported that his cardiac and respiratory conditions are unstable, and he is currently connected to a ventilator to assist his breathing.

Explaining the severity of the situation, his daughter added that the veteran actor has been placed in a medically induced coma and is relying on supportive medical equipment due to a pre-existing heart condition. “I sincerely ask the people to pray for him,” she continued, “so that his blood oxygen levels improve and he can pass through this critical stage.”
