New Leadership at Persepolis FC: Club Announces Strategic Overhaul
In a significant move signaling a fresh direction, Persepolis Football Club officially introduced Osmar Vieira as its new head coach in a ceremony held this Wednesday. The event was attended by two members of the club’s board of directors, marking the official start of Vieira’s tenure after he succeeded Vahid Hashemian following the eighth week of the competition.
A Collaborative Agreement
Peyman Hadadi, a board member and the acting CEO of Persepolis, addressed the gathering, detailing the swift and decisive process that led to the appointment. “After three days of negotiations with Osmar, we reached an agreement and signed the contract,” Hadadi stated. He further expressed a shared optimism for the club’s future, adding, “We hope that by working together, we can bring about good days for the great Persepolis club.”
A Comprehensive Transformation
Highlighting a broader vision beyond the coaching change, Hadadi emphasized that this new chapter involves a strategic restructuring of the club itself. He confirmed that a series of internal changes are already underway. “We came to the conclusion that various sections of the club need to undergo transformations,” he remarked. “We have initiated these changes within the club’s media department, and in the coming days, similar changes will be implemented in the economic sector.” This points to a comprehensive plan aimed at revitalizing the club’s operations and strengthening its foundation for future success.
