
Iranian Official Reports ‘American-Zionist Aggression’ Targeting Qom Province
Qom, Iran – A senior Iranian official has reported that three locations within Qom Province were recently targeted by what he described as “American-Zionist aggressors.” The incident, carrying significant political implications given the province’s strategic and religious importance, has prompted immediate calls for public cooperation to facilitate emergency response.

According to Shfaqna news agency, Mortaza Heydari, the Deputy Governor for Political and Security Affairs of Qom Province, confirmed the attacks. “Moments ago, three points in this province were attacked by American-Zionist aggressors,” Heydari stated. He further specified the direct impact on one urban center, adding, “American-Zionist aggressors struck one point in Qom city.” This declaration immediately frames the incident within a broader geopolitical context as understood by Iranian authorities.
