Retired Educators to Receive Special Loan Packages, Digital Registration Now Open
In a significant move to support its retired members, the Cultural Affairs Savings Fund has announced the rollout of a new special loan program, with the first wave of disbursements beginning this Saturday.
Digital-First Initiative Launches
The Fund’s Managing Director, Ali Sadeghi, confirmed that the first phase of the program has already approved low-interest loans for 15,226 retired educators. An additional 5,500 retirees are scheduled to receive their facilities by the end of the Iranian month of Shahrivar. This initiative is the result of a major collaboration with Tejarat Bank (Bank-e Gardshegari) to streamline financial support for retirees.
Expansive Reach and Efficient Processing
The scale of the program is substantial. To date, over 20,000 application cases from retired educators have been processed. Director Sadeghi further outlined ambitious future plans, stating that in subsequent phases, more than 246,000 additional retirees will be introduced to the bank to receive these services.
A cornerstone of the program is its fully remote, digital framework, designed for maximum convenience and accessibility.
Seamless Remote Access
Retirees are not required to visit any branches in person. Instead, between 5,000 to 10,000 individuals daily are receiving SMS messages containing registration information and a direct link. The entire process—from application to approval—can be completed effortlessly using the dedicated TOBANK application.
Instant Disbursement Builds Trust
A highly praised feature of the program is the remarkable speed of fund disbursement. Once an application is registered and finally approved, the loan is deposited into the retiree’s account in a matter of minutes. This efficiency has been pivotal in building trust and increasing satisfaction among the members of the educators’ community.
The precise planning and effective cooperation with Tejarat Bank are noted as key factors in the process’s high speed and overall efficiency. The program’s easy access to remote services and high financial security are counted among its greatest strengths.
The Managing Director expressed hope that these facilities will play a crucial role in improving the economic conditions for retired member educators and further garner their trust and satisfaction.
