Retirement Payments Scheduled for Disbursement, Official Timeline Confirmed
In an official announcement, Iran’s Social Security Organization has released a detailed schedule for the disbursement of delayed pension payments for the month of Farvardin (March-April). The organization extended an apology for the delay, citing constraints in financial resource allocation and the challenging circumstances of balancing its budget.
The payments, which include annual adjustments and salary increases for approximately five million retirees and pensioners, will be distributed through agent banks according to the following phased plan:
Phase One: Starting September 2nd
This initial phase will cover all retirees whose total benefits do not exceed twenty million tomans, in addition to all disability pensioners.
Phase Two: Concurrent with September Salary Payments
The second disbursement phase will include all survivor pensioners and will be processed at the same time as the regular pension payment for the month of Shahrivar (August-September).
Phase Three: Following September Salary Disbursement
The final phase will cover all remaining retirees, with payments issued after the regular Shahrivar month pensions have been distributed.
The Social Security Organization emphasized that its Department of Public Relations is the sole official source for news and information. Beneficiaries are advised to follow updates through the official website, Tamin.ir, or its verified social media channels under the unified handle @Tamin_Media.
