Iranian Pension Fund Announces Disbursement Dates for Key Financial Support Programs
In a significant move to bolster the economic welfare of its retirees and their families, the Iranian National Pension Fund has confirmed the official payment schedule for two major financial aid initiatives set for September 2025.
Fourth Tranche of Essential Loans Disbursed
The CEO of the Iranian National Pension Fund, Hojat Mirzaei, has announced the successful distribution of the fourth installment of a 50-million-toman essential loan for qualified retirees. According to a report from the Fund’s Public Relations and International Affairs Department, the disbursement to the accounts of 28,788 eligible beneficiaries was completed on Wednesday, September 3, 2025.
Mr. Mirzaei highlighted that the second and third phases of this substantial financial support had been processed in close succession during the previous month of Mordad (July-August 2025). The essential loan program, which offers 50 million tomans with a 60-month repayment plan, is structured to be distributed across ten phases, with all installments scheduled for completion by the end of the current Iranian calendar year (March 2026).
Final Installment for Wedding Loans Approved
In a parallel development supporting social stability and family formation, the Pension Fund CEO also confirmed the disbursement of the second and final installment of wedding loans for retirees’ children. This vital support is slated for transfer to the accounts of approximately 16,000 eligible recipients in the early days of the coming week.
With this final payment, the application cycle for the wedding loan program for the year 2025 will be officially concluded. These initiatives reflect the ongoing commitment to providing tangible economic support to retirees and their families, ensuring their financial security and participation in key life events.
