For these qualified mothers, the standard restrictions regarding recent vehicle purchases and active official license plates are waived, demonstrating the government’s commitment to providing tangible support for families. The scheme also advances national efforts toward a greener and more modern transportation infrastructure through its end-of-life vehicle replacement program. Applicants must pre-register their old vehicle on the official national fleet modernization website (www.nnhk.ir) at least one day before applying on Saipa’s portal.
