According to the national meteorological organization, scattered rainfall is anticipated today in parts of Razavi Khorasan and West Azerbaijan provinces. The forecast for Friday predicts similar conditions in the northern areas of East Azerbaijan, West Azerbaijan, and Ardabil provinces.
Increased Activity Forecast for Next Week
The outlook for the upcoming week indicates a shift in weather patterns. On Saturday, isolated thunderstorms and temporary strong winds are expected in the eastern highlands of the Alborz mountain range. This activity is forecast to extend to the central Alborz highlands and the highlands of North Khorasan by Sunday. By Monday, similar conditions of scattered thunderstorms and strong temporary winds are predicted for some areas of Gilan and Ardabil provinces.

However, from today through Saturday, temporary strong winds, which may at times raise dust, are forecast for some areas of the northwest, west, and provinces situated on the southern slopes of the central Alborz.
