Title: National Meteorological Report Highlights Regional Weather Patterns and Air Quality Outlook
Tehran – The National Meteorological Organization has issued its latest detailed forecast, outlining specific weather conditions expected across various regions of the country, with implications for environmental conditions in urban centers.
Regional Rainfall Forecast
According to the analysis of the latest synoptic maps, scattered rainfall is anticipated today in the coastal provinces bordering the Caspian Sea and in North Khorasan. This precipitation is part of the dynamic weather systems affecting the northern and northeastern parts of the nation.
Nationwide Stable Conditions and Air Quality Alert
The broader forecast indicates generally stable atmospheric conditions across most other regions until Sunday. Meteorological officials have noted that this period of stability is likely to lead to an accumulation of pollutants, potentially diminishing air quality in major industrial and metropolitan areas. Citizens, particularly those in urban centers, are advised to be aware of the changing air quality indices.
Mid-Week Weather Shift
A change in the weather pattern is forecast for Monday and Tuesday. Increased cloud cover, rainfall, and potential thunderstorms are predicted for the northwest, parts of the western slopes of the central Zagros mountains, and the central Alborz heights. The Caspian Sea’s western coasts are also expected to experience precipitation. The forecast also includes windy conditions in colder areas and high altitudes, where snowfall is anticipated.
Maritime and Capital City Outlook
In the south, the Persian Gulf is forecast to be turbulent over the next two days. For the capital, Tehran, the weather over the next five days is predicted to be generally clear but hazy at times, with partly cloudy conditions in the mountainous areas and a chance of isolated rain. Temperatures in the capital are expected to range between 5 and 17 degrees Celsius.
