In a series of rulings that underscore the structured legal and financial governance within Iranian professional sports, three top-tier football clubs have reached settlements with former players. The decisions, handed down by the relevant committee, highlight a system functioning according to established regulations to resolve contractual disputes.

The Rulings at a Glance
Iran Javan Bushehr: Following a complaint lodged by former player Hamed Aghaei, the club was directed to pay 1.84 billion Rials for the principal claim and an additional 70.84 million Rials in legal fees. A separate claim of 200 million Rials by the plaintiff was dismissed by the committee.
Sepidrood Rasht: In the case brought by Reza Naseri, the club was ordered to pay 175 million Rials for the principal claim and 6.7375 million Rials in legal costs.
Saipa Tehran: The committee ruled in favor of former player Nima Alipour, ordering Saipa to pay 871.84 million Rials for the principal claim and 33.56584 million Rials in legal fees. A further claim of 175.16 million Rials was dismissed.
