Iran’s SAIPA Announces Major Pre-Sale Initiative for Popular Vehicle Models
TEHRAN – In a significant move to support domestic automotive production and provide accessible options for consumers, Iran’s SAIPA Automotive Group has announced a special pre-sale event for September 2024. The initiative offers citizens a valuable opportunity to purchase the popular Quick and Saina vehicle models under favorable conditions.
Pre-Sale Details and Available Models
The pre-sale, which underscores the nation’s focus on strengthening its industrial sector, will feature three vehicle variants:
- The Saina S (Standard 85 with SBR) is available with a pre-payment of 234,950,000 Tomans, with delivery scheduled for April-May 2025.
- The Saina GX-L bi-fuel model requires a pre-payment of 259,100,000 Tomans for delivery in April-May 2025, targeted at general applicants.
- The Quick GX-L (featuring ESC and SBR brakes) is offered with a pre-payment of 253,140,000 Tomans. Delivery for general applicants is expected between April and June 2025.
Eligibility and National Programs
This initiative is designed to be inclusive, extending eligibility to general applicants as well as those enrolled in the National Youth Population and Family Support Plan. It also includes provisions for participants in the program for replacing dilapidated vehicles, aligning with broader national economic and social strategies.
Registration Process and Timeline
Prospective buyers can register exclusively through the official SAIPA portal at https://saipa.iranecar.com. The registration window opens at 10:00 AM on Sunday, September 7, 2024, and will remain active until all allocated slots are filled.
Strict eligibility criteria are in place to ensure fair access. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, hold no active vehicle license plates, and must not have purchased a vehicle from SAIPA or Iran Khodro in the preceding 48 months, or from any other domestic automaker in the last 24 months. Each national identification code is permitted for only one vehicle purchase.
