Retirement Fund Introduces Special Marriage Loan to Support Retirees’ Families
The Iranian Civil Servants Retirement Fund has launched a subsidized marriage loan program for 2024, offering financial support to retirees and their families. With a low 5% service fee, the loan aims to ease wedding expenses for eligible applicants.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must meet the following conditions:
- The marriage must have been registered after March 20, 2024 (Farvardin 1403).
- The retiree or pensioner must be covered under the Civil Servants Retirement Fund.
- The loan is exclusively for the marriage of the retiree’s child.
Loan Amount & Repayment Terms
- Amount: 600 million rials (60 million tomans).
- Service fee: 5%.
- Repayment period: 60 months (5 years) in installments.
- Disbursement: After document verification by the designated bank.
Required Documents
Applicants must submit scanned copies of:
- Retiree’s national ID and birth certificate.
- Couple’s national IDs and birth certificates.
- Marriage certificate with details page.
- First page of the retiree’s birth certificate (showing children’s names).
- Bank account details (Export Bank of Iran), national number, and contact information.
Note: Incomplete applications will be rejected.

- Visit the Civil Servants Retirement Fund e-services portal: eservices.cspf.ir.
- Select “Marriage Loan” from the main menu.
- Fill out the application form and upload documents.
- Submit and receive a tracking code.
Application Deadline
Registration opened on July 13, 2024, and is only available online through the Retirement Fund’s portal.
Program Goals
The Retirement Fund’s CEO emphasized that this initiative aims to reduce financial burdens on retirees’ families and support youth in starting married life. The program will run through March 2025, with future registration phases expected for eligible candidates.
