Payment Schedule for Income Deciles 1-3
The credit for the fourth phase will be deposited into the accounts of eligible households in income deciles 1 through 3 starting Wednesday, September 10th. The allocation for this phase remains consistent with previous cycles at 500,000 Tomans per individual. Furthermore, a separate cash subsidy of 400,000 Tomans for this group is scheduled for deposit on September 16th. In total, households in these deciles will receive a combined 900,000 Tomans per member. This translates to specific totals based on household size: a one-person household receives 900,000 Tomans, a two-person household 1.8 million, a three-person household 2.7 million, and a four-person household 3.6 million Tomans.
Payment Schedule for Income Deciles 4-7
Heads of households in income deciles 4 through 7 will receive their fourth-phase electronic subsidy credit starting Saturday, September 20th. The allocation for this phase is set at 350,000 Tomans per individual. An additional cash subsidy of 300,000 Tomans for this group is slated for deposit on September 22nd. Overall, households in deciles 4 to 7 will receive a total of 650,000 Tomans per member. Accordingly, a one-person household receives 650,000 Tomans, a two-person household 1.3 million, a three-person household 1.95 million, and a four-person household 2.6 million Tomans.

- The allocated credit is designated for the purchase of 11 essential items across three categories: dairy products, protein sources, and groceries.
- Purchases are not restricted by quantity or brand. If the purchase exceeds the credit limit, the difference will be paid by the buyer.
- The credit can be used over multiple shopping trips; there is no requirement to use the entire amount at once.
- Over 60 million citizens are covered in this fourth phase, with approximately 250,000 retail and chain stores across the country participating as partners.
- Beneficiaries have until the end of Aban (November 21st) to utilize this credit for their essential purchases.
