Title: Iran Implements New Streamlined Financial and Administrative Procedures for Retired Educators
In a significant move to enhance the welfare and administrative experience for its retired educational staff, new, streamlined procedures for financial settlements and benefits have been officially detailed. The comprehensive package, designed for efficiency and clarity, covers everything from bonus payments to family allowances, underscoring a commitment to the well-being of the nation’s educators in their retirement.
Digital Access and Registration
Retired educators are now empowered to manage key administrative tasks online for maximum convenience. Through the official portal at Cspt.ir, they can register for supplementary insurance for their dependents within three months of their retirement order being issued. Furthermore, the comprehensive system at Cspf.ir provides direct access to pay slips, retirement orders, salary deduction certificates, and essential loan services, all available in the personnel services section.
Clarity on Financial Entitlements
A major component of the new regulations is the automatic and transparent calculation of financial benefits. The end-of-service bonus for the current year has been set at a ceiling of 6,500,000,000 Rials. This calculation, along with the review of unused leave for administrative staff and janitors, is handled automatically by the administrative affairs unit, eliminating the need for in-person visits.
Additionally, family and child allowances are separately calculated by the financial department and added directly to the retiree’s file. These amounts will be reflected in the first issued pay slip. Retirees are strongly advised to verify the accuracy of their dependents’ information upon receiving this slip and to immediately report any discrepancies to the financial unit for correction.
Expanded Welfare and Support Services
To further support retirees, direct channels have been established for membership in various welfare funds, such as the “Sad o Bist Culturalan” savings fund, or for canceling memberships in other plans. Retirees can visit the Cooperation and Welfare Affairs unit of the institution for these services and for any assistance with supplementary insurance. This unit is prepared to provide comprehensive support to retired colleagues on various matters.
Future Financial Provisions
Looking ahead, the government has outlined that starting from the upcoming Iranian month of Mordad, retirees will be eligible for tax refunds. The financial department will process these refunds after a thorough review of the required documents and records.
For further clarification on administrative, financial, and welfare affairs, a dedicated hotline is available during office hours at 021-2500.
In a concluding note, the institution extended its congratulations to the respected retired colleagues, announcing that retirement orders can be collected from the administrative affairs unit of the “Modern Future Builders” institute starting next week. It was emphasized that all retirement and settlement procedures are trackable within the administrative unit and that issued orders will not be duplicated.
