For instance, if a worker’s fixed daily wage in the upcoming Iranian year is 3,463,656 Rials, their bonus would be calculated as follows:
- Bonus (60 days’ wage): 207,819,360 Rials
- Maximum Exempt Ceiling (90 days’ minimum wage): 311,719,040 Rials
Any amount paid above this 90-day ceiling is not added to the insurance list and is subject to different regulations.
